The Stability Ball allows for smooth transitioning between exercises and helps us to learn to control our joints, since the ball is always moving. The curved surface of the ball makes it the perfect tool to practice core strengthening exercises. For all these reasons, the ball makes any Yoga practice more challenging and fun. In this workout, we will flow from one position to the next with lever length changes, balance challenges, and resistance challenges as you press into the ball.
