Neck, shoulder, and back pain is very common for many individuals due to cell phones and computers. Although Yoga is commonly thought of as a stretching activity, it is actually resistance training. In this therapeutic Yoga routine, learn valuable isometrics and strength training exercises to address weak areas in the neck and shoulders. Learn why neck issues can be caused from instability in lower spinal levels, hips, and feet.
Begin with a shoulder and neck mobility warm up, followed by several common back bending postures to train the upper body. The Yoga strap will offer input and support to joints to help strengthen the upper body.
