In this creative vinyasa Yoga flow, gently warm-up your body and get yourself energized for the day! We begin with a short meditation and move into a seated asana sequence using the strap. As we then flow into some standing poses, the Yoga block will be used as a resistance challenge to give them a strong feel! As we transition back to the floor, we will tone the hips and core with some seated and supine positions using an integrative isometric technique. After a short relaxation, this class will help you feel stronger, more stable, and relaxed. All levels welcome!
