IsoBoost Program

Day five of the IsoBoost Program, we are ready for a total body workout using yoga blocks for resistance. If the blocks are too far away from the ground, feel free to use a chair! We will start with some standing multi-joint positions to integrate the foot into the trunk and spine. These are complex and incorporate much of what we have learned. Notice how foot mechanics may dictate how you feel through your whole body! That is why I always encourage you to train barefoot so that you can make this stronger.
As we move to the ground, feel free to place your hands onto a chair and perform quadruped moves in a standing position. I will be incorporating the block into these positions! The end of the workout will train your back and abdominals so that we never neglect our core. Notice how your range of motion feels after a solid 5 days of isometrics!
