One of the most important areas to train is the anterior hip. These muscles flex the hip to enable us to move from sitting to standing and standing to sitting. These muscles flex the hip as well as internally rotate them.
In this isometric routine we will attempt to get the hip flexor muscles to communicate better with the CNS and help us to perform daily tasks. This routine starts on the ground, then progresses from sitting to standing. Using bodyweight only, experience stronger, more responsive hip flexors.
