In this Hatha Yoga class, experience a slower pased, alignment-focused class. The asanas chosen for this practice are centered around the hips, abdominals, and back for a foundational approach.
We will begin with a short range of motion evauation of the hips and spine, followed by gentle isolated joint isometrics to activate the surrounding muscles. Next, we will journey into several standing and seated yoga asanas using blocks and a strap for resistance.
There will be many modifications and explanations in this class. Learn to become more aware of your body and what it needs.
