This resistance training workout will explore the "superset" or long set of exercises using dumbbells and the weight of the body. Supersets can increase the difficulty of the workout and improve muscle gain since you can get more done in the time you have.
We will move at a faster pace, attempting to affect the heart rate in each of the supersets. Performing exercises with upper and lower body muscle groups back to back with a core exercise after each can save time and increase intensity by reducing the rest interval between the exercises. This is a no repeat workout!
