In this video, we will practice two powerful breathing exercises designed to improve lung capacity, cardiovascular function, and emotional regulation. Next, we move through several targeted exercises to strengthen the muscles that attach to the rib cage, pelvis, scapulae, clavicles, and spine. We will use bodyweight, dumbbells, and a TheraBand for added resistance to get more out of the routine.
After the resistance training workout is complete, you will experience better posture and neuromuscular integrity. We finish with two more strengthening respiratory exercies to improve inspiration and expiration, leaving you feel renewed and restored!
