In this workout, experience the three main types of isometric exercise, with isometric presses, pulls, and holds. Practice the skill of developing internal resistance in the body with control and precision to enhance your Yoga practice. These asana variations are choreographed to flow from one to the other and can be practiced anytime for any fitness level.
