Resistance training is paramount in any fitness program. In this workout, we will be targeting specific muscle groups of the upper body, namely the biceps, triceps, pectorals, latissimus dorsi, trapezius, rhomboids, and deltoids. Exercises chosen will attempt to isolate these as much as possible to develop them groups further. This methodology has been used for years by body builders, helping you to not only to achieve a particular desired "toned" look, but add to the stability of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and spine. You will need a set of dumbbells and a weight bench or chair for this session
