This circuit workout is composed of some of the most effective Pilates core exercises using the sponge ball and free weights to add resistance to the exercises. If you are already a fan of Pilates, this steady-paced workout will make several of your favorite movements feel like never before! You will be able to strengthen the arms and add challenge to trunk muscles using dumbbells. The sponge ball gives a fulcrum for many spinal movements to anchor from, adding greater resisted range of motion than many traditional floor exercises from the Pilates Mat sequence.
