Three-part fusion of Yoga, strength, and Pilates core exercises for glutes, low back, and hamstrings with dumbbells, a thigh band, and a support. This workout will build strength and endurance, keeping a moderate pace with high repetitions.
Begin with a Yoga-inspired isometric series that targets hips and back using a support to assist in balance and control. Next, we move to lower body resistance training using dumbbells and bands to target the glutes. FInally, we end with a Pilates segment for lower back and glutes using a thigh band and bodyweight.
