Neck and shoulder pain is very common for many individuals, especially when we are under stress. To relieve tension, stretching, massage, and traction techniques are often prescribed. However, any modality that we use to increase range of motion can also potentially weaken muscles if the stretch violates active range of motion.
In this therapeutic routine, learn valuable isometrics and strength training exercises to address weak areas in the neck and shoulders. Learn why neck issues can be caused from instability in lower spinal levels, hips, and feet. This practice will help you uncover and eliminate chronic pain.
The Yoga Block will offer input and allow for pressing motions while the Yoga Strap will allow for pulling motions so that we can help weak muscles become more responsive to outside forces.
