Mobility

This collection of videos will help with the ability to change and control body position by exploring your individual joint range of motion. Mobility involves muscle strength and energy, along with adequate skeletal stability, joint function, and neuromuscular synchronization. In this video series, you will be able to experience first-hand that muscle weakness is the primary cause of stiffness and tightness. As strength improves, mobility follows. Move your body every day, and enjoy freedom and pain-free movement in your body!
