Tightness and fatigue in the body are often caused by weakness in the muscular system. Muscles can loose neurological input due to stress, trauma, overuse, dehydration, and poor nutrition. The positions in this routine are based on traditional Yoga postures to not only enhance range of motion, but also improve joint stability using integrated isometric resistance training.
