You have found your weaknessses in the isometric "Activate" and "Integrate" sections, you have honed your joint control in the bodyweight "Move" workouts, and you have worked to "Amplify" your workouts with strength training. Now it is time to Optimize your fitness with this collection of videos, designed to challenge your muscles in a variety of ways! Experience fun combinations of Yoga, Pilates, Barre, HIIT, and Strength Training formats with a variety of equipment. Combine free weights with elastic bands, stability balls, yoga equipment, pilates equipment, and even gliding discs when applicable! Any time you feel stressed, just head on back to the Activate or Integrates section to reset your muscles and get stronger.
