Video 156 | Barre Back, Shoulders, & Hips (60 Minute Workout) with Lauren Eirk
Barre Up

16-Dec-2020
This circuit format barre workout can be done with any support, including a wall or chair. Practice segments of specific back and shoulder strengthening exercises using body weight and/or the theraband as well as standing barre hip exercise segments. Muscles that cross the hip are directly attached near trunk and spine muscles. A weakness in one area stresses another. As you work into these exercises, you will feel direct resistance into the opposing abdominal muscles in the front of the body for great core stability. This workout is challenging, but can be modified safely for all levels. You will notice muscular endurance getting better and better as you move through each rep! This video is for toning and firming.
