Pre-Programmed Longevity Programs
Longevity is a field of medicine which tells us how to live longer and healthier. Its main goal is to not only prolong the lifespan, but also ensure we live active, productive, and healthy lives even as we age. Once of the most important things we can do for our health, along with sound nutrition, is to maintain our muscle mass, stay strong, and protect the lifespan of our joints.
This category features exercise routines that are targeted towards various aspect of joint health and muscle maintenance. Each plan will progressively strengthen your body so that you feel yourself getting stronger and stronger. At the end of each longevity plan, you will notice a specific goal being addressed such as improved core strength, stronger muscles, improved mobility, or better joint stability. Feel free to access these longevity plans often, as you will be able to practice the cues and develop better execution skills with repetition and focus.
