This barre workout begins with a warm-up, a core section for abs, an upper body strength routine using TheraBands, standing barre exercises to tone legs, hips, and foot muscles using weights for added resistance, and finishes with an effective floor work section to train spinal and hip extension. This class will move in a continual pace to encourage cardiovascular benefits as we strengthen and tone our muscles! All levels welcome.
