This resistance training workout will explore the "superset" or long set of exercises using dumbbells. Supersets can increase the difficulty of the workout and improve muscle gain since you can get more done in the time you have.
In this workout, we will practice six supersets. Each will incorporate a shoulder exercise, triceps exercise, and biceps exercise. Each superset will be done twice. Performing exercises with opposing joint actions allows for back to back training to save time and increase intensity by reducing the rest interval between the exercises.
