This pyramid training workout is designed to overload your muscles to create metabolic stress in muscle tissue that encourages growth. We will be performing an increasing and a decreasing pyramid scheme. Make sure to have at least two different sizes of dumbbells. Bodyweight can be used as well.
We will start light and gradually increase or decrease the weight and reps.
This workout will consist of three sets of each. I will be using 15 and 20lbs for my lower body. I will use 10, and 15 lbs for my upper body.
Lower Body: Front Squats, lunges, RDL, Bridges, Sumo Squats
Upper Body: Chest Press, Row, Front Raise, Bicep Curl, Triceps Kickback
We will finish with some core exercises.
