This full body Isometric workout features isometric holds combined with dynamic strength exercises to give your whole body a complete workout and help build strength with holds that require large muscle contractions. The movement and isometric will be related, as we work to intensify the workload on the muscles.
You will love this combination of moving and non moving. This will help you to understand your muscles and their role in the body like no other! The isometrics will help improve core activation, increase flexibility, strengthen tendons and ligaments, improve body awareness and co-ordination, improved balance and posture! So many benefits of incorporating isometrics into your training!
You will need a set of dumbbells, a Yoga block, and a steady chair for this workout. Each hold will be for 30-60 seconds. All levels welcome!
