This Barre workout incorporates dumbbells in a circuit training format. Transition from one exercise to the next in this to elevate the heart rate and drive up the intensity! We begin with a warm-up, then the workout is broken up into two sections.
Using a heavier dumbbells practice lower body, chest and back exercises that are designed to build muscle and drive up the intensity. With a lighter dumbbells, we wil be performing lower body floorwork plus biceps, triceps and shoulder resistance training exercises. FInish with a core series done with light weights and bodyweight only.
Enjoy an integrated Isometric Yoga section for the cool-down period.
Remember to modify and listen to your body. Choose the movements that feel good for your body and work your way up. Most of all have fun!
