Tightness and fatigue in the body are often caused by weakness in the muscular system. Muscles can loose neurological input due to stress, trauma, overuse, dehydration, and poor nutrition. It is important to visit range of motion daily. Not only that, our muscles crave forces. In this video, use a yoga block, yoga strap, and bodyweight to create purposeful muscle contractions. The positions in this routine are based on traditional Yoga postures to not only enhance range of motion, but also improve joint stability using integrated isometric resistance training.
