This video is appropriate for all levels and one that should be done often! This routine begins on the floor, using the small sponge ball, yoga block, and yoga strap as resistance. Learn how subtle movement can be, especially done slowly with intention. Strength gains are huge, as we can uncover muscular imbalances and see which joint positions are limited. These are some of my favorite therapeutic exercises that I often use in my Yoga Therapy and Personal Training Sessions. Reduce pain, improve range of motion, and create better joint stability with this video.
