The "Flow" principle of Pilates is that we are to move from one exercise to the next with ease, grace, and fluidity. Joseph Pilates said that the energy of an exercise connects all body parts and flows through the body in an even way.
Using bodyweight only, this workout starts with a power yoga-inspired warm up, and moves into several classic Pilates mat exercise combinations. Some high intensity moves (all low-impact) are sprinkled in between the exercises to drive the heart rate up and keep muscles under tension.
Experience imroved posture, better breathing, better mobility, and a stronger core from this workout!
