Day nine is all about the upper body, and a recovery day from Monday. The focus for today is to challenge the biceps, triceps, and shoulders. I have put together a full circuit format to be done twice in its entirety. Exercises are designed as bicep-tricep-shoulder format to allow for adequate rest between sets. This will allow us to get in a lot of reps and keep the pace moving. We will use TheraBands and bodyweight for this workout.
Experience concentric and eccentric muscle contractions plus isometric holds with high repetitions to build muscle. This workout has specific segments associated with each muscle group. It is recommended that you have several bands to add or take away resistance in various exercises.
