When we use free-weights, it is common to have a weight bench to support the body while we move through the exercise. In this video, we will be using the stability ball in the same way! Due to the round, dynamic nature of the ball, you will experience more variety, challenge, and support in common exercises.
Strengthen the arms, shoulders, chest, back, and legs with the dumbbells. You will feel how the ball supports spinal curves and allows for overall greater resisted range of motion through many trunk related exercises. Doing unilateral and bilateral strength work with our limbs against the ball, the core is always at work to balance! This is a amazing way to perform resistance training!
