•
14-Feb-2024
Day two is an upper body workout so that we can rest from Monday. The focus today is to challenge the large muscles of the back and its associated shoulder and biceps muscles that perform pulling movements with the arms and torso. We will be focused on variations of rowing, pulldown, and extension movements for the back. Shoulder exercises will include a variety of abduction, external rotation, flexion, and extension movements. There is also a biceps and core section. We will be using bodyweight. TheraBands, and dumbbells.
Experience concentric and eccentric muscle contractions plus isometric holds against dumbbells with high repetitions to build muscle. This workout has specific segments associated with each muscle group. It is recommended that you have light and heavier dumbbells for various exercises.
